NEW STUDENT APPLICATIONS:
Here at St. Thecla we have an on-going registration process. Families may apply at any time during the year to join us. Fill out a registration form, bring in acopy of your childs birth certificate and baptismal certificate and we’ll do the rest.
The following items are required when registering.

Application fee – $200 cash or check per family (non-refundable).
Physical examination and immunization records – due prior to the first day of school.

STATE OF ILLINOIS HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
PHYSICAL – An exam is required for students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, 6th Grade and all students joing us for the first time.
DENTAL – All students entering Kindergarten, 2nd Grade and 6th Grade.
VISION – An exam by an optometrist or physician who provides complete eye care is required for students entering Kindergarten and all students joining us for the first time.
RE-REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT FAMILIES: $100 cash or check per family (non-refundable).
PLEASE NOTE: The $100 Registration Fee is Per Family, NOT Per Student.
Preschool/Prekindergarten – A child entering preschool must be three and/or four years of age on or before September 1st of that year.
Kindergarten – A child entering kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st of that year.
All children must be potty trained.
